Drawing and Painting Classes
The range of painting programs includes in-depth courses focused on developing technique and forming a personal visual language, alongside experiential painting events held as standalone sessions, such as figure drawing, landscape painting, and intuitive painting. In addition, a mentoring and personal guidance track is offered, enabling an individualized and in-depth process, as well as customized workshops tailored to specific needs, goals, and levels of experience. Together, these offerings create a flexible professional continuum that integrates the acquisition of technical skills with the development of a cohesive artistic expression.
שיעורי רישום וציור
כאמנית וכמורה, אני רואה באמנות כלי ליצירת חיבורים מיטיבים - בין האדם לסביבה, לטבע הסובב ולטבע הפנימי. בהוראה שלי אני מבקשת להנחות תהליך של התבוננות, שבו רישום וציור הופכים לאמצעי לחקירה והעמקה.
דרך ה״צמצום״ של העולם התלת־ממדי אל פורמט הקנבס או הנייר הדו־ממדי, נפתח מרחב של התבוננות קשובה, המרחיב את הקשר עם המציאות ומחזק את הקשר בין העין, היד והלב.
מגוון תכניות הציור כולל קורסי העמקה המתמקדים בפיתוח טכניקה לצד גיבוש שפה אישית, אירועי ציור חווייתיים כגון ציור מודל, ציור בטבע וציור אינטואיטיבי. בנוסף, מסלול מנטורינג וליווי אישי המאפשר תהליך פרטני ומעמיק, וכן סדנאות בהתאמה אישית הנבנות לפי צרכים, מטרות ורמת ניסיון.
Advanced Painting Courses
These advanced painting courses are offered in formats ranging from six-session intensives to semester-long and year-long programs. They are structured around the parallel development of technical proficiency and critical, reflective engagement with the artist’s internal processes. Through guided studies in composition, color theory, light, and tonal values, participants consolidate and refine their technical skills while cultivating the capacity to translate subjective experience into a coherent visual language. The pedagogical framework emphasizes the dynamic relationship between formal discipline and individual expression. Within this context, each participant is supported in articulating a distinct artistic voice and in expanding their ability to communicate complex ideas and sensibilities through painting.

סדנאות ציור לציירים מתקיימות במסגרת קורס בן 6 מפגשים ועד שנה סמסטריאלית ומתמקדות בפיתוח טכניקה מדויקת לצד חקירה מעמיקה של עולמו הפנימי של האמן. דרך תרגול מונחה של קומפוזיציה, צבע, אור וצל, המשתתפים משכללים מיומנויות מקצועיות, ובמקביל לומדים לתרגם חוויות, רגשות ותהליכים אישיים לשפה חזותית ייחודית. המפגש בין שליטה טכנית לביטוי אישי יוצר מרחב יצירתי עשיר, שבו כל צייר מחדד את קולו האמנותי ומעמיק את יכולתו לתקשר דרך היצירה.
Experiential painting sessions
Experiential painting sessions are held as standalone meetings, allowing for focused exploration of a variety of pictorial approaches, including figure drawing, landscape painting, and intuitive painting. Each session emphasizes different aspects of observation, visual perception, and the development of a personal visual language, combining technical principles with processes of inner expression. Through professional guidance, participants deepen their ability to translate impressions, sensations, and ideas into precise and cohesive visual expression within a concise and intensive framework.

Customized Workshops
Customized painting workshops are designed according to the needs, goals, and experience level of the participants or group. The content is precisely tailored and may include technical focuses such as drawing, color, composition, and working with various materials, alongside the development of a personal visual language and the deepening of expressive processes. Each workshop is structured as a focused and effective framework, combining professional guidance, hands-on practice, and personalized feedback, with the aim of enabling precise and relevant progress for every participant.

סדנאות ציור בהתאמה אישית נבנות בהתאם לצרכים, למטרות ולרמת הניסיון של המשתתפים או הקבוצה. התוכן מותאם באופן מדויק ויכול לכלול דגשים טכניים כגון רישום, צבע, קומפוזיציה ועבודה בחומרים שונים, לצד פיתוח שפה אישית והעמקת תהליכי ביטוי. כל סדנה מתוכננת כמסגרת ממוקדת ואפקטיבית, המשלבת הנחיה מקצועית, תרגול מעשי ומשוב מותאם, במטרה לאפשר התקדמות מדויקת ורלוונטית לכל משתתף.

Teaching Practice of Eli Shamir
הקול והטקסט- על ההוראה של אלי שמיר
In recent years, Noa has worked as a teaching assistant alongside painter Eli Shamir at his studio in Kfar Yehoshua. Within this role, she led classes, provided individual guidance to students, and supported their development within a group setting. At times, she independently conducted full sessions in Shamir’s absence. In parallel, she took an active role in documenting and articulating his pedagogical approach, including editing and curating the book and exhibition “The Voice and the Text” (2023), in collaboration with Neta Habar.
בשנים האחרונות נעה פועלת כעוזרת הוראה וכאסיסטנטית לצידו של הצייר אלי שמיר בסטודיו בכפר יהושע. במסגרת זו ניהלה שיעורים, ליוותה תלמידים באופן אישי ותמכה בתהליכי ההתפתחות שלהם בקבוצה. לעיתים החליפה את שמיר בהנחיה מלאה, ובנוסף נטלה חלק פעיל בתיעוד ובניסוח שיטת ההוראה שלו – כולל עריכה ואוצרות של הספר והתערוכה "הקול והטקסט" (2023) בשיתוף עם נטע הבר.
